Leanne Parry
Leanne, the originator of The Parry Team, has been a realtor since 2003. Graduating from the University of Southern California, Leanne brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Having spent her career opening Nordstrom stores throughout California in the 80s, Leanne understands the significance of superior customer service. She has applied those same philosophies into her real estate business, where she places trust in her team and offers sage advice to the next generation of realtors.
Leanne and her family moved to Utah in the early 90s and found "home" in the mountains. She loves the balance between the small-town nature of Park City and the city life of Salt Lake, and has found numerous opportunities to volunteer throughout her community. Leanne has been involved in the local schools and served several years as a board member of the Park City Education Foundation and the Park City Board of Realtors.
Leanne's greatest satisfaction comes from doing the job right and understanding the specific needs of her clients. She works hard to maintain a knowledge base of real estate, the properties, and the people, and strives to understand the big picture and what makes a successful transaction. Brynne Flowers
Brynne Flowers has always been involved in the world of real estate, thanks to her mother's successful career. Inspired by her mother, Leanne’s, dedication and the high level of service she provides her clients, Brynne knew that she wanted to follow in her footsteps.
After completing her undergraduate studies in Environmental Studies with a minor in Business at the University of Utah, Brynne began her career in retail management and marketing. It was during this time that she developed a strong commitment to customer service, realizing that putting clients first was the key to success.
Brynne eventually joined her mother in the real estate business over a decade ago, obtaining her realtor's license and quickly establishing herself as a top-performing agent. Alongside real estate, Brynne also built a thriving interior design practice that caters to clients in both Park City and Salt Lake.
With her business acumen, design expertise, and marketing skills, Brynne offers a unique and valuable perspective to her clients. Over the past few years, her team has grown to include 6 agents, all of which are well-rounded and mirror the same exceptional service she strives to provide. Shannon Parry
Shannon is an accomplished realtor who brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her clients. Shannon joined her mom and sister in the business around eight years and with their guidance and knowledge has established herself as a trusted advisor to her clients.
Prior to her career in real estate, Shannon worked at Nordstrom in management, where she honed her skills in customer service and client trust. Her ability to build relationships with her clients and understand their needs is a hallmark of her approach to real estate. She strives to make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible for her clients, and her dedication to delivering exceptional customer service has earned her a loyal following.
In addition to her experience in customer service and client trust, Shannon also has a background in art. This gives her a unique perspective on the real estate industry, allowing her to see the potential in every property and offer creative solutions to her clients.

Ally VanRoosendaal
Ally VanRoosendaal is a seasoned realtor with a wealth of experience. Xole Flores-Uranga
Xole graduated from Boise State University in 2013 with a BA in Spanish and a Minor in Basque Studies. After graduation, she ventured into the world of real estate and owned and operated Lasaii Benefits in Ketchum, Idaho, where she helped clients maximize their IRA funds by investing in real estate for personal use and income generation.
Xole has also been an active participant and integral member to the success of various non-profit organizations including The Trailing of the Sheep Festival, Sun Valley Film Festival and Ballet Sun Valley.
Using all of the tools and skills she has gained from her past professional experiences, Xole is excited to jump into her real estate career in Salt Lake City. When not working, she enjoys hiking, traveling, the arts, and spending time with friends and family.
